Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The courts of Amman (Palace of Justice) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these terms.

Modifications

Captains Group reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Modifications take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. We will strive to notify users of any major changes via email or on-site notifications.

Hotel Stay Terms and Conditions

Booking and Stay

  • Once the hotel confirms the booking, a binding accommodation contract is established between the guest and the hotel.
  • The guest may not sublease or use the room for purposes other than accommodation without written consent from hotel management.
  • Check-in begins at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival; rooms must be vacated by 12:00 PM on the day of departure.
  • Personal information may be required to complete the booking process.
  • Booking confirmation is subject to room availability.
  • The hotel reserves the right to amend or cancel bookings in cases of necessity or force majeure.

Cancellation Policy

  • Guests may cancel free of charge if done at least 48 hours before arrival.
  • In case of cancellation within 48 hours or no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge one night’s fee from the reservation or credit card.
  • Non-refundable or special rate bookings cannot be canceled; the full amount is due.
  • The hotel may cancel any reservation in cases of force majeure or extreme necessity, and any paid amounts will be refunded.

Use of Rooms and Facilities

  • Guests are not guaranteed a specific room unless confirmed in writing.
  • If a guest delays check-out without prior coordination, the hotel may charge 50% of the room rate until 6:00 PM, and 100% after that.

Safety and Responsibility

  • Guests are responsible for securing their belongings. The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage unless items were deposited with hotel staff in the designated luggage room.
  • The hotel is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse of facilities or failure to follow safety instructions.
  • The hotel bears no responsibility for any damage caused by force majeure or events beyond its control.

Financial Obligations

  • All outstanding charges must be settled before departure or as agreed.
  • The hotel reserves the right to request a deposit or credit card to confirm the reservation.
